Our concierge service

We take care of you every step of the way

The Stone Clinic concierge service is run by our patient coordinator who provides you with an extremely high level of guidance and support from the moment you call the clinic to the day you achieve your goals.

We start on the phone with you to ensure that all of your medical records, previous x-rays and MRIs, videos from surgery and any other relevant information is in our hands when we see you in the office.

We take the time to help you understand what a visit is like at The Stone Clinic, what to expect, who you will meet and how you will be cared for. If you are traveling internationally or coming in from out of town or for surgery, the patient coordinator will help you find a place to stay (hotels, apartments, etc. suggested list below) and arrange for a car service to pick you up as you desire.

Our nurse will coordinate any prescriptions you may need and plan for your post op recovery appointments. Daily or sometimes twice daily physical therapy visits will be scheduled with our team.

Your entire experience will be managed carefully to ensure your optimal outcome.

For concierge assistance, please call (415) 563-3110.

Find a Stone trusted physical therapist

The Stone Clinic has trained many physical therapists (PTs) around the world in the post-operative protocols required for our biologic and robotic joint replacements.

The Stone Clinic Method includes:

  • Whole person healing
  • Rehab protocols for biologic procedures
  • Rehab protocols for robotic-assisted joint replacement procedures

If you are coming from out of town, we can help you find out if there is Stone trained PT near you.

Or, you would like to work with your own PT, we can offer them free online course in the Stone Clinic Method, should they be interested in taking advantage of that. Learn more

Makoplasty-partial-knee-replacement
Knees do not necessarily wear out evenly, sometimes one part of the knee is perfectly fine while another part is completely destroyed. If only part of the knee joint is worn out, why replace all of it?
Data everywhere, and nowhere to hide. In the bad old days, you got injured, and you didn’t tell anyone. You usually recovered. Lived to play another day. Until you couldn’t. Today, you get injured; you could be monitored, measured, uploaded and reported to everyone. You might not be allowed to play. You are “protected”, maybe even blacklisted. Which scenario is better?
These days, school reunions are transparent (and often futile) pleas for money. Here’s how to make them attractive, inspiring and profitable for all involved.
