Meniscus Transplant surgery patient 1-year post-op - BioKnee program

Over the years I started having a lot of knee inflammation and swelling and it started cutting into my ability to have good activities of daily living like running or like horse back riding

Years, years and years of pain and inflammation and swelling and pain hiking, pain bicycling, pain going up and down stairs, pain at work.

My goals were to get my activities back. I really wanted to be able to get back on the slopes skiing and get back hiking and hopefully I'm gonna try to get back to doing a little bit of jogging. I really miss that and I had to cut that out about five years ago

I feel so much more hopeful. Oh my gosh, I was really getting depressed and I feel so much happier. I'm back hiking, I'm back bicycling, horseback riding, I'm gonna be skiing in a few months and I'm gonna be trying to do a little jogging here in the next few months. So I would say I'm well on my way.

Jill felt herself cutting down her activities, taking longer and longer to recover each time she hiked or rode horses, etc. When the activities became increasingly limited, denying Jill her favorite outlets from the stress of work and life, Jill did some internet research, took advantage of our free consultation service, followed the treatment gameplan from Dr. Stone, and never looked back. Jill is now reaping her rewards for her hard work in physical therapy with long hikes with her dogs, riding horses pain-free, and enjoying the physical freedom to do the things that put a smile on her face.
