The Stone Clinic Symptom Checker
If you’re not sure what might be wrong with your joint, our self-diagnosis tool for the knee, shoulder, and ankle is a good place to start. It won’t replace a real doctor and cannot give a definitive diagnosis, but it may help you better understand your symptoms.
Meniscus Transplant Center
The Stone Clinic runs one of the few centers in the world dedicated to the diagnosis, surgical implantation, and rehabilitation of meniscus transplant patients.
The Meniscus Transplant Center offers:
- World-class surgical facilities
- Onsite physical therapy
- Tissue acquisition
- Measured outcomes
Biologic treatments
We believe in the power of the body's healing response. In this new “anabolic” era of orthopaedics & sports medicine, we are able to harness and augment natural healing and combine it with advanced medical technologies to repair orthopaedic injuries. We offer injections derived from natural, biologic sources. Learn more about how biologic treatments work and how we can rebuild joints using donor tissue.
A biologic knee replacement is always our first option but if it’s not right for you then a partial knee replacement is the next best thing. We use state of the art robotic technology for increased accuracy and faster patient recovery.
If you have advanced arthritis in multiple compartments of the knee, a total knee replacement is usually the best choice. We use the best replacement devices available to allow maximum activity.
Physical therapy is an integral part of our practice. Working with our onsite physical therapists makes a huge difference to how you heal.
Energizing, high intensity interval training programs are taken under the careful guidance of physical therapists. The programs cover general fitness, post injury recovery, ACL injury prevention and ski season preparation.
Dietary advice to promote strong healthy bones and speed up healing. We often recommend joint lubricators, taking glucosamine and injecting hyaluronic acid (HA).
